peckvonhartel congratulates Principal Rachel Peck who has been appointed to the University of Melbourne Trinity College Buildings and Grounds Committee.
Founded in 1872 as the first residential college of the University of Melbourne, Trinity is a unique tertiary institution that provides a diverse range of high-quality academic programs for some 1500 talented students from across Australia and around the world.
The Buildings and Grounds Committee oversees the governance of up to 20 significant buildings and the stately gardens and lawns that surround. The Trinity site encompasses a mix of teaching spaces, residences, chapel, historic dining hall, and few retail outlets.
Rachel is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and was recently appointed to the Board of ACTEW Corporation Limited. In 2008 she was awarded the Telstra ACT Young Business Woman of the Year.
