This prestigious residential project is sited on Beach Street Port Melbourne, Melbourne's premier bayside boulevard. The peckvonhartel design, undertaken as part of a design competition, increased the development potential of the site as set down in an earlier planning scheme amendment, by increasing the building volume.

The design provides 48 apartments including two levels of penthouse apartments within a 9 level building. All apartments capture views of Port Philip Bay. The current building form addresses local planning controls by restricting overshadowing onto the foreshore. The 'prow' shaped floor plate echoes the maritime nature of this bayside position.
