This mixed use development at the intersection of Spring and Newland Streets, Bondi Junction crowns a prominent corner in the heart of the Bondi Junction retail precinct.
The development comprises ground level retail with eight levels of residential apartments over which are served by three levels of basement carparking. The residential component of the development is accessed from Spring Street and consists of 48 apartments of various types and sizes, including two level penthouse apartments at the upper levels.
An additional service provided by peckvonhartel included the procurement of Development Approval and the successful negotiation of a Section 96 through Council, utilising computer modeling of the proposed design to demonstrate the impact of an increase in allowable floor space ratio.
