agnes water mixed use development
Aria is a new mixed-use 3-storey apartment building situated in Agnes Water, Queensland. In addition to retail at the Ground Floor the three storey design comprises 8 two and three bedroom units above. The building envelope negotiates an awkward and angular site with simple geometric forms divided by a central access core. The scheme responds to its beach location in a considered manner with the use of natural local materials, breeze-ways and internal terraces.
