$67million missenden mental health unit at royal prince alfred hospital now in construction peckvonhartel
is undertaking the North West Precinct Redevelopment at Royal Prince
Alfred Hospital, Camperdown. Now in construction phase, the $67 million
project includes the relocation and upgrade of the Missenden Mental
Health Unit that comprises 53 beds, including 7 beds for mental health
research, as well as the potential for a range of ambulatory care
services. Co-funded by the NSW State Government and the University of
Sydney, this is a significant project on which peckvonhartel has been
working closely with Health Infrastructure, Richard Crookes Construction

delivers innovation for the act government Construction has started on the new ACT Government Office Block in the Gungahlin Town Centre. Accommodating over 600 staff, the office block will be built to a high environmental standard and provide A-Grade standard accommodation. A shopfront and a 90 place child care centre will be included in the development. peckvonhartel is currently working in collaboration with the base building architects to design and deliver an integrated fitout which is to be a trial standard for all future ACT Government workspaces. more... |

contributing to the community in timor leste In September peckvonhartel attended the Stage One opening of the new Balibo Fort Accommodation Centre in Timor Leste. Appointed by the Balibo House Trust, peckvonhartel have completed the conversion of an existing dilapidated Fort House into a new visitor centre and local museum that is to become, over time, the hub of a new hotel. The peckvonhartel development master plan is sensitive to the significant heritage context of the site whilst providing opportunities for local residents and tourists to engage with and understand the history of this area.
