peckvonhartel were commissioned by AXA to assist with the evaluation of the responses received in reply to a call to the marketplace for 30,000 square metres of A Grade office space to accommodate the new AXA Melbourne Headquarters. The responses were shortlisted and three proposals were evaluated in detail. The proponents were given an opportunity to refine their bids and the responses were again evaluated and Grocon, was nominated as the successful developer.
The development proposes a building of approximately 40,000 sqm at 800 Collins Street Docklands. peckvonhartel were engaged by AXA to help them with their risk analysis in formulating an Agreement To Lease with Grocon.
peckvonhartel have completed a full analysis of the Base Building Design, including proposed finishes and fitments. peckvonhartel have an ongoing role assisting AXA evaluate the construction of the development.
