peckvonhartel are appointed by Housing NSW as Principal Design Consultants for the design and delivery of a benchmark 16 unit development in Woy Woy, on the Central Coast of NSW.

The proposed design at 22-30 Lismore Avenue Woy Woy is designed to provide an innovative Seniors living model that integrates medium density development within the context of the small township.

The project was delivered through Housing NSW and managed by an external project management group and peckvonhartel successfully provided a design solution responding to stringent design guidelines with value for money outcomes.

peckvonhartel investigated building massing, façade treatment, roof types, and landscapes both along the site street and in other new developments in Woy Woy; as a result peckvonhartel provided a contemporary design solution that responds to current and anticipated future requirements. The fenestration and the treatment to the balconies have been carefully resolved to provide both privacy and maximise natural light. The façade treatment is a combination of blockwork, metal cladding and precast elements; access to the first floor units are primarily through open breezeways.
