    In January this year Tribute Boxing Gym moved into their new space in the Undercroft of Dockland’s Collins Square. peckvonhartel were commissioned by Walker Corporation, on behalf of Tribute Gym, to reinvigorate the previously unused zone beneath Collins Street Bridge and deliver a functional training space offering a fresh twist on the stereotypical boxing gym.

    peckvonhartel is proud that we are able to give local artists the opportunity to add quality artwork to reposition buildings within the Canberra CBD. This dramatic piece was created by local street artists, Graffik Paint, on what was a sterile loading bay wall to completely transform the space and the 17 Moore Street building as part of the recent refurbishment.

    The newly refurbished 17 Moore Street building in Canberra’s CBD has been officially opened. peckvonhartel completed a design transformation which has re-branded the building with an extensive refurbishment internally and externally. 17 Moore Street now offers a modern and energy efficient office accommodation and is the only refurbished office building in Canberra CBD that has achieved a 5-star NABERS Energy rating.

The building will be opening with a Property Council of Australia site tour this Wednesday 2nd August 2017. peckvonhartel Principal, Marcelo Solar, will be speaking at the event to outline the design concepts and outcomes which have enabled the building transformation.
