peckvonhartel is very excited to announce that our entry into Victoria’s State of Design Festival competition ‘Design for an Active City’ has been shortlisted. The 10 shortlisted entries, including the winning entry, are currently on display in Melbourne’s GPO.
The competition invited designers to submit design proportions that improve the pedestrian experience and increase activity on the northern side of Collins Street Bridge, as it spans Wurundjeri Way near Melbourne’s Docklands.
This design challenge has been established by the State of Design Festival, in partnership with VicUrban and GHD, in order to promote a more physically active lifestyle through the built environment.
