Efficient space planning utilises the 270 degree views of the Melbourne skyline as a backdrop to each meeting room. On entering reception, glimpses of these views lead clients to the boardroom, furnished with contemporary signature pieces.

The Spencer Stuart brief stressed that the tenancy must depict a corporate and professional image to all clients and visitors. The selection of rich finishes such as limestone, leather paneling to walls and contemporary timber veneers combined with clean lines successfully met the client's brief.

Behind the sophisticated front of house area, a functional workspace accommodates senior staff, researchers and support staff. The work area layout is based on the importance of each consultant having direct visual contact with his or her administrative assistant.
