Geelong’s new $90 million business landmark, 1 Malop Street, was officially listed for lease on Friday 12th June. Construction of the 12 storey building at the historic Dalgety & Co site will begin next year and is due for completion in 2018. Geelong Mayor Darryn Lyons said the project signalled the revitalisation of the CBD.
