The Role
Based in our Melbourne studio, this is a senior level position requiring robust experience and confidence delivering new commercial and mixed-use projects.

You will have excellent design communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and demonstrated project leadership skills. This is a full-time role, with responsibility for project delivery (from initial briefing through to completion), client management, consultant coordination, and managing and mentoring team members.

The Role
Based in our Melbourne studio, this is a mid-level position requiring an organised individual with previous commercial experience. You will manage the day-to-day coordination of workplace and retail projects, and prioritise a seamless experience for our clients and internal design team.

Working directly with our industry renowned leadership team, this position will provide you with the support to progress your technical skill set and creative ability.

You will have excellent design communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and demonstrated project leadership skills. This is a full-time role, with responsibility for project delivery (from initial briefing through to completion), client management and consultant co-ordination.

Candidates with the following skills and experience should apply;

_Minimum of 5 years of local post-graduate experience (Bachelor of Interior Design or Architecture)
_Exceptional detailing and documentation skills (Revit)

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Melbourne | Full Time

The Role
Based in our Melbourne studio, this role will provide support across the marketing, human resources and finance functions. Your day-to-day workload will consist of a broad range of administration tasks and no two days will be the same!

Your responsibilities will include reception duties, email management, scheduling social media, collating proposals for new submissions, reconciling credit card statements, and other finance and marketing. You will also undertake HR administration tasks including assisting with recruitment activities, on-boarding of new staff, administration of training programs and staff development opportunities.

You will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills and a proven ability to balance conflicting priorities and a full workload. Your approach will be collaborative, and you will be a strong advocate for positive culture within our team. Importantly, you will have the ambition and motivation required to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

_Minimum 3-4 years of professional workforce experience, preferably in a corporate or creative design environment
_Previous HR administration experience is advantageous

MARKETING MANAGER

The Role
peckvonhartel is currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our national team. 

On the submissions side, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production of the firm’s submissions, including managing effective and efficient submissions processes and systems, and driving the evolution of the submissions function, working closely with the practice leaders across the business.

The Business Development aspect of the role involves building stronger Business Development and marketing strategies to positively affect the business’ growth plans and revenue.
