peckvonhartel’s annual conference was held in Melbourne over two days last month. With our National team travelling from our offices in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Hobart, we celebrated our successes over the past 12 months and looked towards an exciting future.
A key theme of the conference was the future of peckvonhartel, what it will look like and how to get there. The two days consisted of collaborative workshops, discussions and presentations which brought our leadership team and staff together to discuss our strategy and new initiatives.
Another highlight of the conference was the Awards Dinner which enabled us to celebrate the talent at peckvonhartel and recognise the achievements and contributions of our staff in and out of the workplace. A number of peer nominated awards were presented, as well as the prestigious Principal’s Awards.
Providing an opportunity to bring all of our staff together in one place the conference was a highly successful and informative event. As a member of staff noted, “at peckvonhartel we celebrate an inclusive environment and the conference allowed us to celebrate this enabling staff to participate in driving the future direction of the company”.
