In addition to the National Circuit frontage, the building has a major facade and entry to Kings Avenue, one of the three avenues identified by Walter Burley Griffin in the early planning of Canberra.
The building has been designed specifically to meet the security requirements of the tenant, the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet. The site sits within a mature landscaped setting of trees, is within walking distance to Parliament House as well as other significant public and government buildings.
