peckvonhartel expertise in PWC process

peckvonhartel recently supported the ATO in their successful PWC (Public Works Committee) submission to expedite the works of the Australian Taxation Office in Hobart.

As part of our engagement with the Department, the client was seeking pvh’s expertise to work alongside senior stakeholders Brendon Fischer (AC ATO Property) and Janine Bristow (Chief Financial Officer), Andrew Osborne (Director ATO Projects), Steve Johnson (Quantity Surveyor DCWC) and Michael Silvy (Project Manager Cushman & Wakefield) to present a streamlined design approach and provide rigor towards the application of the ATO workplace guidelines.  With new changes to the Major Works category for Commonwealth projects, more project budgets will require Parliamentary approval before commencing works, making it crucial to understand both the critical process and core requirements underpinning a government PWC hearing for seamless approval
